Q: How to order RAR wheels and components?
R: International orders are processed after complete paiement. Feel free to contact us through the contact form to receive a sale quote where the shipping costs and the bank details will be communicated.

Q: What is the delay to receive the wheels?
R: The delay depends on the date you order. Most wheels can be shipped within 1 weeks to 4 weeks depending on which components you want and need. 

Q: How to order custom-built Absolute wheels?
R: Absolute wheels are built on order. You can contact us through the contact form to tell us what you want, what you're waiting for. Almost every wheel component can be customized: rim depth, spoking, colors, etc.

Q: Which accessories are provided with the wheels?
R: Our tubular stock wheels (Svelt, Optimal, Magnum, Tempo) are delivered with the padded wheelbags, the quick releases, the valve extenders and the brake pads. The clincher wheels also receive rim strips.
Absolute wheels are delieverd with no accessories unless they are spinning on RAR or Enve composites rims delivered with the padded bags.

Q: How long are they warrantied?
R: The wheels we sell are warrantied for 2 years from the purchase date. The warranty works for any failure/defect into a wheel component.
The warranty does not take into account the normal wear: brake tracks, bearings, freewheel. The warranty does not work for accidents, crash or damages related to abuse: potholes for example.
